Installation ChiliBurner FAQs

Here are the most common questions about installation.

1. Can't install the program because of corrupted installer.
Please re-download the program here and re-install it.
Close all the protecting applications before to start downloading.

2. A few errors occured during the installation. Now the program says it can't create object.
You need to re-install the program. If you do not have the installation file, please download it here. Close all other running applications before the installation. Audio, video and protecting application should be closed also.

3. When installing the updated version of ChiliBurner, do I need to uninstall the previous one first?
The previous version of the program should be uninstalled before the update. There could be different conflicts between two versions.
To uninstall the previous version choose Start > Programs > ChiliBurner X.Y > Uninstall ChiliBurner X.Y.

4. I want to install ChiliBurner on both my descktop and laptop. Can I do that?
MOVAVI products are licensed on per-computer basis, not per-user , site or company. So, to install Movavi Video Converter both on your desctop and laptop, you shall buy 2 licenses.

5. I want to install ChiliBurner on my MAC computer, but it says it can't find the appropriate application to open the installation file.
Unfortunately, our software is for PCs Windows based only. You wouldn't be able to use ChiliBurner on MAC computer. We are working on the MAC version of ChiliBurner, but currently do not have a date for the release.
