Here are the most common questions about registration.

I can't register the program. The program says my regcode is incorrect.
When will I receive my purchased program and now will I register it?
What are the differences between Business and Personal versions?
I lost my registration code. Do I need to pay again to get it back?
I input my regcode and my name and registered the program but I'm not sure if I'm registered or not.
I want to register the program on stand alone computer, which is not connected to the Internet. How can I do that?

1. I can't register EnhanceMovie. The program says my regcode is incorrect.
First, make sure you input the code correctly. It is better to copy and paste the code. Second, be sure you are registering EnhanceMovie, not any other software. Third, check the version of the program, make sure it is the version you've purchased.

2. When will I receive my purchased program and how will I register it?
You should receive your registration number via e-mail in a few minutes after the purchase. To register EnhanceMovie you need to download it from our site, install and run it.
To input your registeation number, choose Help > Input Registration Key... and copy & paste the Registration Information you were sent.

3. What are the differences between Business and Personal versions?
The Personal license entitles you to use the program only for non-commercial purposes in a non-business, non-commercial environment (e.g., at home). To use the program in a business environment, you must purchase a Business license for the appropriate number of users.
If you want to use our software for your WEB site but only for personal use, you can use Personal license.

4. I lost my registration code. Do I need to pay again to get it back?
To receive your personal registration information follow this link and provide the full and correct personal information you used to place your order: exact e-mail address, Last name, First name, order ID. You can also contact our Support Team to restore your lost information.

5. I input my regcode and my name and registered the program but I'm not sure if I'm registered or not.
To check if you are registered or not, open EnhanceMovie and choose Help > About... and check the "Registered to:" field to see if you are registered or not.

6. I want to register the program on a stand alone computer, which is not connected to the Internet. Can I do that?
You can install EnhanceMovie on this computer, copy your regcode from e-mail and input this code to register the program.
You can also order a CD, so you can re-install the program any time from the CD. The CD will be for additional $12.50.
