1. When playing or converting my AVI files I don't have sound (video). You don't have the appropriate codecs installed on your computer. Please download this Codec Pack, to get all popular codecs installed on your computer. 2. The video and audio tracks are out of sync, when I play or convert DVDs. Our latest improved version Movavi VideoSuite 4.0 does not have such a problem. We have worked a lot on the program and fixed all possible reasons for the sync problem. You can download the new version of Movavi VideoSuite 4.0 here. 3. Movavi VideoSuite tools crash with the Windows error every time I try to run it. To fix the problem, download and install the latest QuickTime player. The crash problem may arise from the installation error. Uninstall the program and install it once again. Make sure you've closed all other running applications before the installation. Also make sure your Firewall doesn't block our software. 4. PSP doesn't recognize the MP4 files from Movavi VideoSuite. Sony has released the new version of PSP's system. Movavi VideoSuite converts files for the new version now. Please visit Sony's web site http://www.sony.com and update your PSP's system to the latest version. 5. I have audio tracks with different languages on my DVD. Can I define which one I want to be converted? With Movavi VideoSuite's Convert Video/DVD tool you can define a track with which language you want to converted. Open a DVD in Movavi VideoSuite, press the Blue arrow button in the Opened Files area, and then select the language or track you need. 6. When I convert my video, the program says: "Can't write the output file". Make sure your file is not corrupted. Try to play it in Movavi VideoSuite to see if the program can play the whole file without problem. If the file is played alright in the program, try to change the output directory and output settings before conversion. 7. Convert Video/DVD tool shuts in the middle of conversion. Make sure the file which you convert is not corrupted. Try to play it in the program from the beginning to the end. If it plays alright all the way through, then try to change the output directory and output format. If the problem still appears, contact our Support Team at support@movavi.com and provide full information of the problem. 8. Movavi VideoSuite does not convert the whole file. It converts just a part of it. It is the limitation of the free trial version. Movavi Video Converter trial version converts only the first 30% of the file. The Join mode has the same restrictions. 9. When I add file, there is the error: "Can't open file. Unknown format or corrupted file". Check if the format of the file you want to add is supported by Movavi VideoSuite. You can find the list of all supported formats here If the format is supported, make sure you can play the file in any other video player. If you can play your files in other video players, please send us this file to support@movavi.com. It could be up to 20 Mb in size. Remember! The file can be copyright protected. Movavi VideoSuite does not support protected files. 10. Converted MPEG files can't be played in any program. It may happen because of lack of appropriate codecs. Please download this Codec Pack, to get all popular codecs installed on your computer. Join Video Mode
11. When I try to join WMV files and save then to WMV or RM, the Join button becomes grey and doesn't work. Movavi VideoSuite does not support WMV and RM formats as output in the JOIN mode. Please change the output format to another and join your files. If you want to get the joined file in WMV or RM format, you can firstly join files to any format and then convert the result to WMV or RM. 12. When I join several files, in the middle of the process Movavi VideoSuite gives an error/crashes. Please make sure all files can be played properly. There must be file(s) with which the program has problem. Try to convert this file(s) separately. If the problem still appears, please contact our Support Team at suport@movavi.com and describe the problem in detail. If possible, send us the file. The file size must be up to 20Mb. 13. When I set a marker, the error appears: "Position of the final marker should be more initial!" The final marker has to be to the right from the beginning marker. The beginning marker has to be closer to the beginning than the final marker. Create CD/DVD Mode
14. During the conversion process the error occurs: "Can't write Audio/Video stream". Please make sure you can play the original file(s) in this mode. Choose the file and press the Edit button to preview the file. If it plays alright, try to change the Temporary Folder. It could be not enough space for the temporary files. Choose Edit > Preferences... and change the folder. 15. The program does not recognize my DVD drive. Please run the Device Diagnostics and check if your device supports the feature you try to use.
