The Blur filter smoothes the edges of low bandwidth movies. It eliminates also the excessive high-frequency noise that appears when using digital zoom or after enlarging small-size clips.

To apply the filter:
Select the Filters tab:
Double click the filter's icon:
OR
Click the filter's icon, drag and drop it into the Preview box.
To adjust the filter settings:
Select the filter's name in the Applied filters box.
In the filter menu window, drag the Blur slider . Larger values provide greater blur level. To return to the default values, click Defaults.
