Movavi VideoSuite > How-To > How To Stream RealMedia Video

Follow these simple steps to start streaming RealMedia video on your web page.

Launch the Movavi VideoSuite Convert Video/DVD module.

Create an RM file:

1. Click '+VIDEO' or File>Add Video to open the files you want to stream.

2. Select RealMedia as the output format.

3. Decide which preset to use.
Your choice determines the quality of the video as seen by your site visitors. The higher bit-rate (initial figures) you set, the bigger the video file you get (but also the higher the quality of the video). But you'l need to take into account that people with slow Internet connections might experience "jittering" while watching these larger video files. You know what kind of connections most of your friends have, so choose a happy medium. For broadband access, we recommend the "150k LAN" preset; this provides reasonable quality output with a relatively small file size.

4. Choose the output directory and press the 'CONVERT' button.

Upload the converted video to the server.

Create a link for RealMedia video on your site.
To create a link, you'll need to insert some additional lines of HTML on your site. You can copy and paste the sample HTML text from here.

That's all there is to it. Now your video will play automatically every time someone opens your web page.

It will look like the following. To watch the video, download and install a free version of RealMedia Player.
