Does Movavi software support MAC OS?

Unfortunately, our software is designed to run only on Windows-based PCs. We are working on Mac versions, but don't yet have a release date.

What are trial limitations of Movavi software?

Each Movavi product has trial limitations which allow users to try out the product before buying. Generally, trial limitations apply a watermark or allow conversion of only part of the original video.

What video formats are supported by Movavi Video Converter?

Input Video Formats: AVI (DivX, XviD, etc.), DV AVI, MP4 (Sony PSP, Apple TV, iPod, iPhone, etc), WMV (including Zune), ASF, 3GP, 3GP2, 3GPP, 3GPP2, QuickTime (MOV, QT), DVD, VOB, IFO, VIDEO_TS, AUDIO_TS, MPG, MPEG 1,2,4, MOD, DAT, MJPEG, VCD, SVCD, H.263.

Output Video Formats: MP4 (Sony PSP, Apple TV, iPod, iPhone, etc), WMV (including Zune), 3GP, 3GP2, 3GPP, 3GPP2, QuickTime (MOV, QT), MPG, MPEG 1,2,4, H.263, H.264, Real Media (RM, RMVB).

Output Video for Mobile Devices: iPod, iPhone, PSP, Zune, PDA/Pocket PC, Blackberry, Archos, cellphone, MP4 video players.

I convert DVD but the program says, it doesn't support the copy-protected DVD.

Movavi software cannot be used to copy a copyright-protected DVD, as this would be a violation of copyright law.

I want to reinstall the program on my new PC. Can I do that?

Every Movavi license key can be used up to five times to activate the software if you acquire a replacement PC or have a fatal data loss event. Please note that you may not install the software for use on multiple PCs at the same time using this capability.

I have recently rebuilt my computer and cannot find my Activation key.

I get an error when I try to activate my program: The activation key you have entered is not correct.

Are you using an old registration key (acquired when you purchased a previous version of the software) to activate a newly acquired version of the software? When you acquire a new version of a Movavi software application, you need to purchase a new activation key.

I've bought the program but it says that I have a trial version.

You need to activate your software license. Here's what you need to do:

- Launch the Movavi program.
- On the main menu choose Help-->Activate Software.
- The Activation Wizard launches. Follow the onscreen instructions to activate your license.

I want to use Movavi program on both my desktop and laptop. How can I do that?

Movavi products are licensed on per computer basis, not per user, site or company. To use the program on two systems, you must purchase two licenses.

I got error message - Can not write file. What should I do?

Check to see whether:

- Your file is corrupted. Try to play it using the Movavi program to see if the whole file can be played without problems.
- The file name is short enough and does not contains unreadable symbols.
- You have enough free disk space to store the output files.
- Your output folder is located on a local hard drive.
