Yes, you can add a logo or other pictures to a video, but the image needs to be in PNG format. Add the file to your project by clicking the Import Media button, then choose the logo from My Media and drag it to the timeline with your video. Position the overlay on the timeline. Then click the Video Overlay Settings button and change the Cutaway option to Picture in Picture. To make the image smaller, click on one corner and drag to change the logo size.
