What types of licenses do you offer for resellers?
We offer several license types to fit different needs:
- Personal license: for individual home use only, without commercial purposes.
- Business license: for commercial and nonprofit organizations. For corporate, commercial, or business use, including internal business use like the creation of presentations, reports, etc.
- Educational license: for educational institutions.
Your customers can choose a lifetime license or a subscription:
- A lifetime license provides ongoing access to a specific version of the software, including minor updates. To take advantage of a major upgrade, customers will need to purchase a new license.
- A subscription license gives access to the software for a specific period, which is clearly stated on our website. During the subscription period, the customer will get all updates, including major version upgrades, at no extra cost.
Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No, we don't have any minimum order requirements. You can purchase any number of programs.
How do I place an order?
We recommend using our Partner Control Panel for the fastest and easiest way to place orders. It lets you place orders 24/7 at your convenience, with no delays. This method automatically processes your reseller margin and simplifies the order process.
For special orders, like large educational or government purchases, check the “Order needs vendor review” box before placing the order. Please include the end user’s details in the order comments to qualify for additional discounts. Once approved, you can proceed with the payment.
Please provide your contact information in the order form to ensure timely delivery of license keys.
If you prefer to use a purchase link for a specific order, please contact our sales team at partners@movavi.com to request one. We can provide a link with your reseller commission and any applicable discounts already applied.
To qualify for discounts on educational, government, or public institution orders, please share the end user's details with us.
In what format will I receive the program and license after payment?
After placing your order and making the payment, you will receive two emails at the address you provided during checkout:
An email that confirms your payment and includes the invoice details.
An email that contains the download link for the program and the license activation key.
The emails typically arrive within minutes, but if you haven’t received them within 15 minutes, check your spam folder. If they aren’t there, please contact us at partners@movavi.com.
Once you have the license activation key, you can forward it to your customer. If necessary, you can ask us to send or reassign the license to your customer's email address.
Where can I see prices?

Do you offer volume discounts for large orders?

To whom and where can I resell the products?
According to our Terms and Conditions, you can sell Movavi software directly to end users through your website, online store, marketplace, or by responding to business or educational customer inquiries.
Important: selling through gray markets like G2A, Kinguin, eBay, and others is strictly prohibited.
What prices and discounts can I set for products?
According to the Movavi Reseller Program Terms and Conditions, you are required to sell Movavi software at the official regional price listed on our website.

Discounts:
- You can offer discounts of up to 10% without prior approval. But this discount will reduce your reseller margin unless other terms have been agreed.
- For discounts exceeding 10%, you must obtain prior written approval from Movavi.
What payment methods are available for resellers?
In the Partner Portal, resellers can pay for their purchase through a variety of methods depending on their billing country and currency:
- Visa/Mastercard/Eurocard
- PayPal
- American Express
- Bank/Wire transfer
Is a VAT deduction available?
Yes, we automatically calculate and apply applicable sales tax or VAT based on your billing address. For specific tax requirements or customizations, please contact us at partners@movavi.com.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes, you will get an invoice! We use a trusted payment processor called Verifone Payments BV dba 2Checkout to handle invoices and payments. It usually only takes a few minutes for the invoice to arrive by email.
Here’s what to do if you don’t see your invoice in your inbox within 15 minutes:

How do I get a refund?
Before you request a refund, please make sure your request meets the conditions of our Refund policy.
If you think you qualify for a refund, we recommend reaching out to us at partners@movavi.com first. We may be able to offer an alternative solution, like applying the cost of a purchase made in error to a future order or exchanging the product you purchased for the one you need.
If you still need to request a refund, please follow the steps below.
- Refunds for orders placed through the Partner Panel:
Please note that we can only refund the full amount of your purchase; partial refunds are not available.
1. Find your invoices
Go to Orders > All orders to find a partner invoice for a specific order. Alternatively, click Accounting > Partner Invoices – this is the easiest way to see if your order is eligible for a refund, since only invoices marked as “Paid” can be refunded.
2. Locate the relevant invoice and request a refund
Search for the invoice you want a refund for and click on the partner number associated with it. Under Partner status at the top of the screen, select Request refund.
On the New Refund Request screen, review the details of the original partner invoice and add the reason for requesting a refund. This will help us process your request faster, as we’ll need to double-check that your reason for requesting a refund matches our Refund policy. Once you’re done, click Place Refund Request.
3. Wait for approval
The status of the partner invoice will change from Paid to Pending approval.
We’ll review your request and get back to you with a decision. We’ll contact you if we need more information, otherwise, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation when your refund has been approved.
Once you’ve submitted your refund request, you can track its status under Accounting > Refunds. The status will change to Complete once the refund has been sent to your account.
- Refunds for orders placed with a purchase link:
If you placed your order using a purchase link rather than the Partner Panel, please contact us at partners@movavi.com for assistance with a refund. To help us process your request faster, please let us know why you’re requesting a refund. This allows us to verify that your reason aligns with our Refund policy.
Can my customers use one license on multiple computers?
Movavi products are licensed per computer, not per user, site, or company. This means each customer can only install and use one Movavi license on a single computer at a time. For example, if a customer uses two computers regularly, they’ll need to purchase two licenses to install and use the software on both.
If a customer is upgrading from an old device to a new one, they can transfer their license. However, they must first uninstall the software from the old device before installing it on the new one.
I bought a license for the wrong operating system. What should I do? Should I request a refund?
Don’t worry if you accidentally purchased a license for the wrong operating system. Our license keys are cross-platform, so your customer can use it for both Windows and macOS.
Instead of requesting a refund, simply reach out to us at partners@movavi.com with your order number or license key. We’ll provide you with a download link that you can share with your client along with the purchased license key.
Can I increase my reseller margin?
Absolutely! We’re always happy to reward our partners with better margins based on sales volume.

How do I become a Movavi reseller?

Do I need to enter the end user’s email when purchasing?
You can choose to include the end user’s email address in the order. In that case, the end user will automatically receive the license details.
Alternatively, you can forward the license details to the end user yourself.
If necessary, you can also ask us to send or reassign the license to the end user’s email address.
Important: you are responsible for getting the proper consent from your customers before sharing their information with us.
Where can an end user find help?
End users can find self-help resources, such as guides, articles, and manuals, in our Support Center. If they can't find the answer to their questions, they can contact our Support Team.

When do you usually release product updates?
We typically release major product updates in the fall. Throughout the year, we also roll out minor updates with bug fixes and new features.
Is there an automatic renewal for subscription products?
No, auto-renewals are not available for partner orders.
What are the differences between upgrades and updates?
An upgrade is a new version of a Movavi program with significant improvements or new features. There’s typically a fee for an upgrade.
An update is a smaller change to the current version of a Movavi program. It fixes bugs, improves performance, and adds minor features. Updates are always free for currently supported versions.
Are marketing materials available?
Yes, we provide a range of marketing materials to support your sales efforts. You can find everything you need in the Partner Portal.
The Resources section offers descriptions of each product. The Marketing subsection provides downloadable marketing materials like product sheets, logos, and banners.
Feel free to use these assets to help you sell Movavi products.
How do I place a renewal order?
In addition to purchasing new licenses, you can also renew existing licenses through the Partner Control Panel or a purchase link. The renewal process is straightforward and similar to placing a regular order.
Renewing licenses ordered through the Partner Control Panel
You can renew licenses that are within 90 days of expiration or have just expired.
Step 1: Locate the license
Click “Add Order”, then select the “Renewal” subsection.
Search for the specific license you want to renew by filtering by name or company, email, order reference, Avangate license reference, license code, or partner invoice number. You can also filter by license status and expiration date to narrow down the results.
Step 2: Select the license
You can renew individual licenses or multiple licenses in one pass. For a bulk renewal, check the boxes next to the desired licenses and hit the “Renew Selected Licenses” button.
Step 3: Complete the order
Follow the remaining steps as with a regular order. Please refer to the Portal's Help section for detailed information on renewal orders.
Renewing licenses ordered through a purchase link
Step 1: Contact us
Contact us at partners@movavi.com to initiate the renewal process. Please provide the order reference number (9 digits) or the license key.
Step 2: Follow the link
We will send you a renewal link and the email address associated with your original order. Use this email address to access the checkout page.
Step 3: Complete the order
Follow the remaining steps as with a regular order.

I can’t find the Movavi section on the Partner Portal.
Since our Partner Portal is powered by Avangate, there could be accounts from other vendors mixed in.
If you're having trouble finding the Movavi section on the Partner Portal, please check the top left corner for the “Merchant Select” dropdown menu. Use this to switch to the Movavi account.
