How to Blur a Part of a Picture

The first step in learning how to blur something out of a photo is to download the installation file for Movavi Photo Editor and run it on your computer. Follow the instructions on the screen. The program will open automatically once the installation is complete.

Click the Browse for Images button and select the photo you want to edit. You can also simply drag and drop it into the working area.
